Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the TapChinese mobile app, owned by Squarepond LLC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TapChinese. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use TapChinese.

User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post on TapChinese. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize Squarepond LLC to use your content as necessary to operate and provide TapChinese.

Prohibited Content

You may not post any content on TapChinese that is illegal, harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights. Squarepond LLC reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Use.

Intellectual Property

Squarepond LLC owns all intellectual property rights to TapChinese, including the app, website, and all content and software. You may not use TapChinese for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of Squarepond LLC.

Privacy

Squarepond LLC collects and uses personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

Termination

Squarepond LLC may terminate your access to TapChinese at any time for any reason without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of TapChinese and delete the app from your device.

Intellectual Property

Squarepond LLC owns all intellectual property rights to TapChinese and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software. Users are not allowed to use or reproduce any of this content without Squarepond LLC's permission.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Squarepond LLC provides TapChinese "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its reliability, accuracy, or availability. Users assume all risks associated with using the app.

Limitation of Liability

Squarepond LLC is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of TapChinese or the inability to use the app.

Governing Law

The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from the use of TapChinese will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms of Use

Squarepond LLC reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of TapChinese constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

By using TapChinese, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use TapChinese.
